At ivision.pk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Please review our exchange policy below.
- Eligibility for Exchange
To qualify for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
The exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
All accessories, manuals, and included items must be returned.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Exchanges are only available for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
- Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange, follow these steps:
Contact Us – Email info@ivision.pk with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item if it is defective or damaged.
Approval & Instructions – Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
Ship the Item – Return the item using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
Processing & Replacement – Once we receive and inspect the item, we will send a replacement within 5-7 business days, subject to availability.
- Exchange for a Different Item
If you wish to exchange an item for a different model, size, or variant, please mention this in your request.
If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer a store credit or refund instead. - Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be exchanged:
Gift cards or downloadable software
Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs
Items without original packaging or missing accessories
- Exchange Shipping Costs
If the exchange is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong or defective item sent), we will cover the shipping costs.
