- Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped. - Shipping & Delivery Time
We currently offer shipping within Pakistan with the following estimated delivery time:
Standard Shipping (Pakistan): 4-7 business days
Delivery times may vary due to factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or high order volumes.
- Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Free shipping may be available for select orders or promotional offers. - International Shipping
We currently ship only within Pakistan.
For international shipping, please contact us before placing an order at info@ivision.pk to confirm availability and shipping options. - Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.
If you do not receive tracking details within the expected processing time, please contact us. - Delivery Delays & Issues
While we strive to meet delivery estimates, unexpected delays can occur.
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, please reach out to info@ivision.pk.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, customs processing, or force majeure events. - Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
