1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to Ivision Tech. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website https://www.ivision.pk (the “Site”) and any purchases you make from Ivision Tech (“we,” “us,” “our”).   • Product Descriptions: We strive to display Product colors, images, specifications, and features as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor or mobile device screen will display colors accurately. All Products are subject to availability.

  • Pricing: All prices on the Site are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees, which will be added at checkout.

  • Errors: In the rare event a Product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that Product, even if your order has been confirmed and your payment processed. If your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Shipping: We ship throughout Pakistan. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Title and Risk of Loss: Title to the Products and risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery of the Products to the courier service for shipment.
